- Roof is washed with a high pressure wash to achieve a clean surface

- All tiles are inspected, broken tiles are replaced, all tiles are moved back into

place as much as possible

- Ridging patched with Acrylic paste (Flexible material that does not crack like cement)

- We spray your roof three coats

- Base coat

- Two top coats
