Metal Roofs

We waterproof and coat metal roofs to provide a three year guarantee

- Wash roof with high pressure wash to expose rust and loose paint

- Treat rust with Red-Oxide

- Replace loose screws

- Waterproof all flashings, overlaps and screws with a Polyester membrane (NOT FLASH HARRY)

- Apply primer to exposed metal areas

- Spray roof two top coats
